Jamestown man killed in collision
MONCKS CORNER — A Jamestown man was killed in a traffic accident Thursday morning on U.S. Highway 17A.
Brian Johnson, 28, was driving south at about 10:30 a.m. when the driver of an SUV on S.C. Highway 45 ran a stop sign and the two vehicles collided, S.C. Highway Patrol Cpl. Paul Brouthers said.
Johnson suffered body trauma and died at the scene, Berkeley County Deputy Coroner George Oliver said.
Brouthers said Johnson was not wearing a seat belt. He said the driver of the SUV, Francis Oglesby, 51, of Acworth, Ga., is charged with disregarding a stop sign.

At least involuntary manslaughter...and she will live with this for the rest of her life. Knowing that she killed someone...thinking about what if, should've, could've and would've.

She definitely needs to be charged with more than just disregarding a stop sign. That sounds like something you'd be charged with if you had done that and been caught WITHOUT hitting another vehicle and killing someone.
