Teens charged in Summerville area car break-ins

Dorchester County authorities say a group of teenagers is responsible for breaking into at least 18 cars in the Summerville area.
Investigators have charged two 19-year-olds and two 14-year-olds with at least one break-in each and said they expected more arrests in the days to come.
So far only one suspect is charged in all the break-ins. Dorchester County Sheriff's investigators charged Francis Luke Havlin, 19, of Summerville with 16 counts of theft from a motor vehicle for break-ins that occurred in the Ashborough East, Ashborough, Summerville on the Ashley and White Church Place neighborhoods.
Havlin and Michael Noel Stokes, 19, of Summerville face their most serious charge in Summerville, where Summerville Police charged both with burglary in the first degree and two counts each of theft from a motor vehicle.

Looks like classic white trash to me. This punk needs the vehicle he drives to be carjacked and wrecked. Maybe the "authorities" could make him pick up trash along the sides of the roads all day long. He could be doing some of those jobs the Mexicans wont do.

There should be a law that requires anyone convicted of a crime to be punished as prescribed by law but add a provision to the law that requires the convicted when released to work and pay all damages caused by that person. Remember, payback is hell. Let them go thru some hell for a change.

stupids...aside from violent and sexual crimes, integrity crimes are a real judge of character. even if these dummies never commit another crime, they will almost NEVER be able to find employment. thieving is just one of the worst minor crimes out there, imho. i'll take a loud mouth or a drunk any day o'the week before a thief...they're the worst.

In this story about white criminals there is a decided lack of the usual comments in this forum about how their fathers must not be involved in their lives, resulting in their criminal behavior. Where are these criminals' parents? They are obvious failures who do not care for their children. I guess the parents were off doing drugs or creating other babies they weren't planning on caring for. Otherwise, they'd have known where their children were and made sure they were not out committing crimes!! White boys in Summerville committing crimes. What is the world coming to?? I'm glad the rednecks have rap music to blame this incident on. Otherwise, these white kids might actually be required to take responsibility for their actions. God forbid!!
