Seneca man charged following wreck that killed woman
Associated Press
Friday, June 12, 2009
ANDERSON - A South Carolina man has been charged after a wreck more than a month ago killed a 71-year-old woman.
The Anderson Independent-Mail reported Friday that bond has been set at around $75,000 for 24-year-old Michael Dylan Moore of Seneca. Moore was charged Wednesday with possession of more than one driver's license, driving without a South Carolina license and driving too fast for conditions.
Authorities say Moore was driving his sports utility vehicle on a winding road near Westminster on April 28 when he lost control. Investigators say he veered off the road and struck Sylvia Davis Wood, who was walking.
It's unclear if Moore has an attorney. He was being held Friday at an Oconee County jail.

South Carolinas roadways can be highways or dieways-- the choice was his and he killed someone. Slammer for him-- better yet, take him out back of the courthouse with a 25 cent bullet.
And for those of you who will whine that he was just speeding-- that's cockyness and invincibilty on his part when he's still an inexperienced driver. And what's up with multiple drivers licenses? Up to no good probably.

Is he going to receive the same sentence John Ludwig received when he crashed into a house and killed the occupant after doing at least 85 mph. We will see.
