Snee Farm's summer swim season came to an anticlimactic end Tuesday night.
In a not-so-shocking turn of events, Snee Farm claimed its 21st consecutive Coastal Carolina Aquatic Association Championship at the Jewish Community Center pool Tuesday night.

A couple thousand swimmers, parents, and coaches representing 22 teams are participating in the annual Coastal Carolina Aquatic Association Championship Meet at the Jewish Community Center. The 3-day meet began Sunday afternoon and concludes Tuesday.
The team without a nickname, Snee Farm — which could be Champions — cruised to victory with 2,947 points, ahead of closest competitor Coosaw Creek, which had 2,726.
Daniel Island finished in third with 2,373, followed by fourth-place finisher Shadowmoss at 2,083. Parkshore rounded out the top five with 2,070.
For 20 years, coach Jason Kreutner has kept Snee Farm on top of the competition.
"We are fortunate," said Kreutner, who started coaching Snee Farm in 1990, taking over for his brother Eric. "The kids grow up in the program and the older kids teach them the way we do things.
"The league is so great, that pushes us to constantly evolve and improve. We are much better than we were in the past thanks to all the teams in this league."
Almost every year, Snee Farm runs away with the title, but last year Coosaw Creek gave them a scare by finishing 9 1/2 points out of first.
This year, Snee Farm had another dominating performance, winning by 221 points.
The only time Snee Farm trailed was after the first day of the three-day meet. Snee Farm trailed Daniel Island by 35 1/2 points on Sunday night before storming back to take a 191-point lead on Monday night.
Although the Coosaw Creek Crocodiles hadn't been able to catch Snee Farm, they'll continue to chase the top spot.
"They (Snee Farm) are a great team that we respect, and we respect their coach and we respect their sportsmanship," Coosaw Creek coach Jaeson May said. "They are challenge for us each year, which makes us stronger, which makes us harder and makes us train harder than anybody else to try and reach our goal."
The Crocodiles not only finished as runner-up, but they also set two meet records in the relays Tuesday night.
Coosaw Creek's Kylie Keenan, Meredith Welsh, Gina Davis and Sarah Ann Welsh set a record in the 9-10 girls 200 freestyle relay with a time of 2 minutes, 13.91 seconds. They broke Pine Forest's 2002 record of 2:19.04.
Rachel van der Meyden, Marina Filo, Alecia Rattigan and Micah Bohon set the 13-14 girls 200 meter freestyle relay for the Coosaw Creek with a time of 1:55.38. They broke the Summerville Dolphins' record of 1:59.62.
The Ashborough Alligators also set a relay record. Madison Taylor, Lauren Wright, Katie Iannace and Lauren McGrew set a record in the girls 15-18 200 meter freestyle relay with a time of 1:56.74. They broke Northbridge Terrace's 2007 record of 157.60.
In the team sportmanship awards, Newington won the Blue League, Brickyard took the White League and Shadowmoss grabbed the Red League.
