SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD DINNER: 6-10 p.m. Fish Restaurant, 442 King St. $50 plus tax and gratuity. The South Carolina Aquarium's Sustainable Seafood Initiative will team up with Fish to present a four-course dinner by chef Nico Romo. The menu will include items such as melon soup, local shrimp spring rolls and pan-seared porgy. Each course will be paired with wine. Reservations required. 722-3474.
