Teens gather at Clemson for 4-H meeting
CLEMSON - Teenagers from across South Carolina are at Clemson University for the State 4-H Congress.
The school says 4-H leaders from around the state are gathering for a week of meetings to discuss service projects, elect officers and participate in workshops.
Clemson helps support 4-H clubs throughout South Carolina through its county extension offices.
More than 40 agents at Clemson's extension offices work with 4-H groups, providing expertise in topics like veterinary science, natural resources, gardening and leadership.
The annual gathering concludes Saturday with a closing ceremony and talent show.
