Blood Drives

The American Red Cross has scheduled local blood drives in addition to ongoing drives at local Red Cross facilities. To arrange a donation, call 416-1660, 852-2910 or 800-GIVE-LIFE. Donors also can visit blood centers at 2000 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Suite 112, West Ashley; 920 Houston Northcutt Blvd., Suite A-10, Mount Pleasant; or MUSC, Main Hospital Room 279, 171 Ashley Ave., downtown.

Jan. 9: 10 a.m.-4 p.m., North Charleston City Hall, 4900 LaCross Road.

Jan. 12: 1-7 p.m., 124 S. Memorial Ave., Walterboro.

Jan. 13: 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Santee Cooper. 1 Riverwood Drive, Moncks Corner; 2.-7 p.m., North Charleston United Methodist Church, 1125 E. Montague Ave..

Jan. 14: 10 a.m.-3 p.m., BookSurge Division of Amazon, 7290-B Investment Drive, Charleston.

Jan. 15: Noon-6:30 p.m., Red Cross Blood Center, West Ashley; noon-6:30 p.m., Red Cross Blood Center, Mount Pleasant; 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Red Cross Blood Center, MUSC; 8 a.m.-8 p.m., ABC News 4, 98X & Bridge 105.5, 2150 Northwoods Blvd., North Charleston.
