Steven H. Coe has been named president of Rosenblum Coe Architects Inc. He has a bachelor's degree and master's degrees from Clemson University. He has been with the firm since 1993, and was named a partner in 2001.

Rachel Briggs and Megan Click have joined Duvall Catering & Event Design as design assistants. They both have bachelor's degrees from the College of Charleston.

Bonnie Williams Hollings has joined the Charleston office of Raymond James Financial Services Inc. as a financial adviser. She has a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and a master's degree from The Citadel.
Diane Blackwelder has joined Charleston Financial Advisors LLC as an associate financial planner. Previously, she was owner of Atlantic Planning Partners LLC. She has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston.
Danielle Hershon has joined Detterbeck Wealth Management, a division of DWM Financial Group Inc., as marketing associate.
She has a bachelor's degree in communication from the College of Charleston.
Insurance
Tiffany Ray has joined Carolina Capital Management, an agency of New England Financial, as a financial representative in the Daniel Island office. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from the University of Colorado-Boulder and an international certificate in business management from International College of Management in Sydney, Australia.
Health care
Dr. Angela Savatiel has joined the Medical University of South Carolina's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has medical degree from University Of Louisville School Of Medicine, where she also completed her residency.
Previously, she was in private practice. She is based at the Women's Center at Northwood's.
Dr. Leslie Scarlett and Dr. Cayce Tangeman have joined the Natural Hideaway Medispa, a cosmetic medical practice specializing in skin rejuvenation. Scarlett is an ophthalmologist in private practice and also serves on the clinical faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina's Storm Eye Institute. Tangemen is a board- certified family physician.

Elizabeth Middleton Burke, Jerry H. Evans, Daniel S. Haltiwanger and Gregory A. Lofstead have been elected members of the law firm of Richardson Patrick Westbrook & Brickman LLC. Burke has been with the firm since 2003 and has bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Evans has been with the firm since 2002 and has a bachelor's degree from the Eastman School of Music, a master's degree from Indiana University and a law degree from the USC School of Law. Haltiwanger has a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the USC School of Law. Lofstead has been with the firm since 2002 and has a bachelor's degree and law degree from West Virginia University.
Debra J. Gammons has joined the Charleston School of Law as acting director of the Office of Diversity Initiatives and as a visiting professor. She previously was assistant city attorney for Greenville.

Real estate
Carl Walters, Danny Rhode and Karen Martin Brown have joined the Summerville office of Agent-Owned Realty. Walter previously worked in real estate in Santee and is retired from the banking industry. Rhode is retired from the cement business and has a bachelor's degree from The Citadel. Brown has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Restaurant
Kirsten Kelley has joined Dog and Duck Family Pubs as marketing director. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and has more than nine years of experience in advertising and marketing.
Eddie Moran has been named executive chef of Mercato. He has a degree from the California Culinary Academy and previously worked in the San Francisco Bay area, including Hotel Vitale and the Four Seasons San Francisco.
Technology
Mark Aukamp has been named chief financial analyst at the South Carolina Research Authority. Previously, he was director of financial planning and analysis at Ventyx Inc. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from James Madison University and master's degree in international business studies from the University of South Carolina.
Matt Boyce, Matt Nun-gesser, Chris Roberts, James Sweeney and Sreekanth Rao Belpu have joined Benefitfocus' Charleston office. Boyce is an account consultant; Nungesser is a data analyst; Roberts is data services manager; Sweeney is an application support analyst; and Belpu is product manager.
Roland Garipay has joined Bowhead Information Technology Service as a program manager in support of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida and a master's degree from the University of South Florida.
He is a retired career naval officer and most recently worked as a program manager in SPAWAR's critical infrastructure protection center.
