Floral Design: The Charleston Horticultural Society will host a class led by Manny and Clara Gonzales, owners of Tiger Lily Florist. The couple will demonstrate how to make their newest designs to enhance your home, both for the holidays and every day. The owners are inspired by Charleston's historic gardens and have received many national and local awards. The class takes place 6:30-7:30 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Charleston Museum auditorium. Home tours: Kiawah Island will open its gates for a self-guided tour of six island residences, a designer boutique with HGTV's "Designed to Sell" host Terry Haas, and a post-tour wine-and-cheese party to benefit Charleston Collegiate School. It all takes place 10 a.m.-6 p.m Feb. 13. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at registration.
