Kyle Parker likely to be named Clemson's starting quarterback
By Travis Sawchik
CLEMSON - Kyle Parker appears to be establishing himself as the Tigers' No. 1 quarterback.
Clemson offensive coordinator Billy Napier wouldn't go as far to say Parker will definitely start over Willy Korn on Sept. 5, but he did say Parker took the most snaps with the first-team offense Saturday and the team is getting a clearer picture of the quarterback situation. Napier said both Parker and Willy Korn will play when the regular season opens.
Clemson coach Dabo Swinney was not willing to indicate a starter, saying he still must further evaluate the quarterbacks. Swinney would not say whether there has been separation at the position.
See Sunday's edition of The Post and Courier for more details.

Dabs is doing everything he can NOT to name Parker. He still wants Korn but he's not as good.
