Walterboro man fatally wounded
WALTERBORO — Police on Wednesday reported that a man was fatally wounded by gunfire about 4 p.m. on Francis Street.
He was identified as Keith Williams, 30, of Walterboro, police Maj. Ken Dasen said. He said Sincere Jamaal Owens, 21, of Walterboro, is charged with murder.
Meanwhile, two men wanted in connection with the April 13 shooting of Kelvin Mitchell on Cane Branch Road have been arrested, the Colleton County Sheriff's Office said.
The U.S. Marshals Service apprehended Trevor Courtney Fishburne and Elijah Charles Brown in Chesapeake, Va., Sheriff George Malone said. He said the pair waived extradition and will be returned to South Carolina.
Fishburne, 20, and Brown, 19, both of Walterboro, are charged with assault and battery with intent to kill and armed robbery.

It's double true. that is what you get when you put a black sheriff in charge of managing a bunch of black thugs. just like any fast food establishment, once the black manager takes over the service and quality of food goes down. SLED is next!
