The Great Buck Howard: Once upon a time, Buck Howard spent his days in the limelight. His mind-boggling feats as a mentalist extraordinaire earned him a marquee act in Vegas and 61 appearances on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show. But nowadays, it's clear to everyone but Buck that his act has lost its luster; he performs in faded community centers and hasn't sold out a theater in years. Hannah Montana, The Movie: As Hannah Montana's popularity begins to take over her life, Miley Stewart, at the urging of her father, takes a trip to her hometown of Crowley Corners, Tenn., to get some perspective on what matters in life the most. Directed by Peter Chelsom. Starring: Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus, Emily Osment, Jason Earles. Rated G. Running time 1 hr. 42 min.

Observe and Report: Seth Rogen stars as the self-important head of security at a shopping mall who squares off in a turf war against local cops. Directed by Jody Hill. Starring Seth Rogen, Anna Faris, Michael Pena, Ray Liotta, Jesse Plemons. Rated R for pervasive language, graphic nudity, drug use, sexual content and violence. Running time 1 hr. 26 min.
