Ex-Blink-182 drummer gets out of hospital
AUGUSTA — Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been released from a Georgia hospital after suffering severe burns in a fiery plane crash more than a week ago.
Barker was released Monday morning, said Beth Frits, spokeswoman for the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital. Barker and celebrity disc jockey DJ AM were the only survivors of the crash just before midnight Sept. 19 in Columbia. Two pilots and two other passengers were killed.
DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) was released from the hospital last week. Doctors have said they expect both men to fully recover. Officials with the National Transportation Safety Board have said a cockpit voice recorder revealed that crew members thought a tire blew out and tried to abort the takeoff.

Oh goodie...I was hoping that we wouldn't be left without crappy music. How ever would our children survive without talentless folks like these?

Just because you think they are talentless doesn't mean everyone else feels the same way. I loved blink 182 and I watched Travis's show on MTV. I don't really care for Britney Spears's music but I wouldn't wish this tragedy on her.
I'm glad DJ AM is out and I hope Travis gets more help at the new hospital in LA and recovers quickly.

Blink 182 is not that bad, but Travis Barker is a bit of a jerk--at least on his show he was.

Also, Barker will not get more help anywhere than at the burn center in Augusta.
