Awendaw looks at comprehensive plan Monday

The Awendaw Community Action Group urges residents to attend the Planning Commission meeting at 6 p.m. today.

At this meeting, the Planning Commission will begin the process of updating the town's comprehensive plan, which establishes the rules for development. For example, types of developments and densities will be determined.

The commission meets at Awendaw Town Hall, 6971 Doar Road.
