--About 10,000 Taggies Strollin' Along stroller activity bars, made in Hong Kong and imported and distributed by International Playthings Inc., because the shiny material on the elephants can detach, posing a choking hazard. --About 44,000 Phil & Ted e3 single buggy, e3 twin buggy and sport v1 single buggy strollers, made in China and imported by Regal Lager Inc., because the locking hinge poses a laceration risk when the strollers are folded and unfolded. About 425 e3 twin buggy strollers were recalled in May. The strollers were sold at baby furniture and product stores around the country between August 2003 and August 2008. --About 118,000 wooden puzzles, infant rattles, pacifier holders and stroller toys, made in Germany by Habermaass Corp. Inc., because they contain small pieces including mirrors and prisms that can detach and pose a choking risk. --About 43,000 hooded sweatshirts and jackets for children, made in China and imported by Orioxi International Corp., because they have a drawstring through the hood that can pose a strangulation hazard. Car chargers
--About 210,000 car chargers used with Power System Plus 3 Million Candlepower Spotlights, made in China and imported and distributed by International Merchandising Service Inc., because the charger is not compatible with the spotlight's battery, posing a fire or burn hazard. Lighting
--About 1,400 indoor lighting fixtures, made in the U.S. by Lithonia Lighting, because the glass reflector can separate from the fixture and fall, posing a risk of injury to consumers. There has been one report of a reflector falling. The recalled Hi-Bay Indoor High-Intensity Discharge (HID) Fixtures have the model Nos. PG16A and PG21A. Coffee makers
--About 145,000 Chinese-made Kenmore and Kenmore Elite coffee makers, because the wiring can overheat, posing a risk of burns and fires. They were sold at Sears, Sears Hardware, Great Indoors and Kmart stores around the country, as well as at www.sears.com and www.kmart.com between August 2007 and April 2008. Water dispensers
--About 44,000 countertop water dispensers, made in China by Greenway Home Products, because the heating element inside can overheat and allow molten metal to pass through the vents and hit the countertop. The heating element also poses a shock hazard to consumers who may touch it through the dispenser's vents.
