Digital imaging firm Sawgrass Technologies Inc. of Mount Pleasant has received awards for Innovative Products and Planet Friendliness from the Federation of European Screenprinters Associations and was named Most Ecological Company by the Digital Textile and Promotional Industry for its water-based M ink product.

Rosenblum Coe Architects Inc. has received a Grand Aurora Award in the category of Custom Home: One of a Kind Under $1.5 Million from the Southeast Building Conference for its design of a home on Sullivan's Island.

Herlong & Associates has received an Aurora Award from the Southeast Building Conference for its design of "Boat Builder's Dream" in a home on Daniel Island.

Terry E. Richardson Jr. of Richardson Patrick Westbrook & Brickman LLC has received the Founder's Award from the South Carolina Association for Justice, formerly the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, for outstanding representation of clients and advancement of the association's causes.

LS3P Associates Ltd. has been ranked 36th in the nation in Engineering News Record's Top 100 Green Design Firms based on 2007 revenue for design services registered with or certified by a third-party organization for projects' environmental impact, energy efficiency or carbon footprint.

Marshall T. Rainey, senior recruiter in the Office of Admissions, Recruitment and Scholarship at South Carolina State University, has been named College Representative of the Year by the National Scholarship Service.

Trident Surgery Center has received a certificate of achievement in the full implementation category of the Institute of Healthcare Improvement Innovation Challenge for medication reconciliation.
