FILE/STAFF

Vickery's "Wicked Little Halloween Party" is a popular event dowtown.

Sure, some people might call a 50-year-old father of three who dresses up like the Incredible Hulk and eats 40 pounds of Skittles a loser. But why be so negative? Why not designate him a "Halloweener"? (*Rimshot*)

Deep down, everybody has some sort of affection for Halloween.

Admit it. Whether it's getting to wear something you never would have the nerve to or simply racking up on bite-size candy bars so that you have something for lunch for the next couple of weeks, it's a holiday that brings out the child in all of us.

In an attempt to help you maximize your Halloween fun, we combed through the remainder of the events going on in the Lowcountry and picked out a few that we think you might enjoy. So get out your high school cheerleader uniforms (you too, guys), and hit the town for one of these Halloween-themed events.
