Michael Carmody of CB Richard Ellis Carmody represented the buyer, Kiawah General Store LLC, and the seller, Hargray Communications, in the $4.6 million sale and lease-back of a 17,000 square foot retail and call center facility in Bluffton. Also, Geoff Groat of CB Richard Ellis Carmody represented the landlord in the leasing of 6000 square feet and 2000 square feet, respectively, of warehouse space at 455 Long Point Rd. in Mount Pleasant to Lowcountry Golf Carts LLC and Merlin Autos LLC.
