He also represented the tenant, Rita's Water Ice, in the lease of 1,250 square feet of retail space at the Shops at Centre Pointe, and Brent Case and Brian Aiken represented the lessor, Weiser Co. Also, Case and Kelley Glenn represented Bonnaroo Restaurant Group, doing business as Chili's Restaurant, in the purchase of 1.1 acres at 9890 Dorchester Rd.
