Also at Grubb&Ellis|Barkley Fraser, Michael J. Ferrer and Thomas G. Buist Jr. represented the landlord in the leasing of 29,093 square feet of industrial space on Rivers Avenue to Ferguson Enterprises Inc.

McCall Holman, an associate with Rosenblum Coe Architects Inc., has earned accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system.

Reid Davis of Anchor Commercial|CORFAC International represented the owner in the sale of 8180 Dorchester Road to Parkway Associates of Summerville LLC for $420,000.

Chris Wiksell of Caldwell Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, Serenity Palliative and Hospice Care Inc., in the leasing of 1,600 square feet at 635 East Bay St.

American Flagpoles and Flags has relocated from Goose Creek to 2183 U.S. Highway 17, Suite 202, in Mount Pleasant. Bob Boyles is the owner.

Maria Barrow, a sales associate with Carolina One Real Estate, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Inc. announced several real estate transactions. Jeff Yurfest represented El Alteno in the sale of 1704 Trolley Rd, to Famulari's Pizza and Crusader Rent to Own in the leasing of 6,000 square feet of retail space in Remount Village in North Charleston. He also represented the tenant, Rita's Water Ice, in the lease of 1,250 square feet of retail space at the Shops at Centre Pointe, and Brent Case and Brian Aiken represented the lessor, Weiser Co. Also, Case and Kelley Glenn represented Bonnaroo Restaurant Group, doing business as Chili's Restaurant, in the purchase of 1.1 acres at 9890 Dorchester Rd.
