N. Chas. NAACP to hold banquet

The North Charleston branch of the NAACP will host it's 24th Annual Freedom Fund Banquet on Oct. 31 at the Sheraton Convention Center in North Charleston.
The guest speaker for the 7 p.m. event is U.S. Rep. Eleanor Holmes-Norton.
Holmes-Norton is now in her ninth term as congresswoman for the District of Columbia.
She was first woman to chair the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, an appointment she received from President Jimmy Carter. Throughout her career, Holmes-Norton has championed equal rights for blacks and women.

If you disagree w/the people(NAACP),then you just plain old disagree, but to go out like a lil "puta" and make idiotic statements is comical, well maybe sad? The whole chicken, drunk, drugged up, baby maker spiel, could easily be flipped and launched at the other side with inbred, non-educated, child molesting, having relations w/family members, smelling like dogs once your hair is wet, manufactured housing(trailers), type of comments? Comprende gente?? Pretty much the point is, you shouldn't toss sharp projectiles around if you're residing in a house that's made out of glass....

Oh that really hurt...let me see...might that be a tear....NOPE, humidty was up! Yes there is trash on both sides....but who makes the news the most....Dot Scott and her band of merry men and women looking to press a lawsuit or get on TV! Never once do you see them when its a black on black crime.......just when good ol'whitey is involved! I fear for the future of this country.....its bad now....god knows it doesnt need to get any worse!

cplpunishment: NAACP does not represent Blacks as a whole, just as La Raza doesn't for Hispanics and the Klan doesn't for Whites.
To extrapolate that because of local media coverage Blacks are somehow inherently inferior to you because all we do is suck on the govt. teat and commit crimes, only shows you limited capability to understand geo-political world views.
NAACP is a non-issue and only the pandering media and people like yourselves keep it in the forefront.
Frankly for myself and other like minded individuals, never seeing that acronym again will not phase us in the least.

For too long I've tried to have cogent debates with these....
And frankly I'm tired of arguing with those who not only cannot use reading comprehension (at least with my posts) but who are also only interested in hearing themselves 'speak'.
I'll admit on occasion I may be a bit "verbose" ;-), however at least I don't subscribe to one ideology to the exclusion of common sense.
Prolo, Jane and others spend so much of their time cutting and pasting from websites that they only agree with, that they fail to see that ON OCCASION there are other modes of thinking and that to only see the world through such tunnel vision makes them blind to the big picture.
