Pollster to speak at The Citadel

Pat Caddell, an expert on public opinion polls, will speak at The Citadel on Thursday, and the event is open to the public.

Caddell began working in presidential politics in 1972 and became nationally known while working on Jimmy Carter's campaign in 1976.

He also has worked for presidential candidates Gary Hart in 1984, Joe Biden in 1988 and Jerry Brown in 1992. He is a regular contributor to Fox News.

He is speaking as part of the John Carl West Lecture Series. Caddell, a Rock Hill native, will speak at 6:30 p.m. in Bond Hall, room 165.
