Hey you two,
Stop complaining and do something to help fix it! Chief Zumalt can't do it all by himself! He needs the citizen's help. Let me know if you want to join us the next time we go out on CPAD (Citizen Patrol Against Drugs).

How about this, maybe the citizens that LIVE in N. Chas. join the CPAD. Possibly the citizens of N Chas could be a part of the solution instead of the problem. The guys involved in this probably don't have jobs, (not ones they can discuss) so they should have plenty of time to be a part of the CAPD. After all, they already have a weapon for protection. ;)

What does CPAD have to do with a shooting? I didn't read the shooting was over drugs.
