CAR SHOW CALENDAR

Goose Creek Recreation and the Lowcountry Model A's will host their second annual car show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Foster Creek Park. All car clubs are encouraged to attend. There will be a swap meet and car corral. Contact David Kennedy at (843) 553-1009 or Cheryl Heiselman at (843) 569-4242. In conjunction, the Coastal Carolina Region, Antique Automobile Club of America, will hold its 40th anniversary, beginning at 11 a.m. This will be a picnic at the park for all current and former members of the region. The Charleston Lowcountry Region, AACA, has been invited since it was part of the original club.

Street Rods Unlimited will present "Doin' the Charleston 2008" at the Exchange Park in Ladson. The event is for street rods years 1948 and earlier. Registration is $30. Dec. 5-7
Cripple Dog Hot Rods will present the 2nd annual "Carolina Open Car Classic & Hot Rod Run" at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant. This year's show will be a three-day event including classic cars and trucks from across the East Coast as well as displays, contests and family entertainment.
