CELTIC MUSIC CONCERT: Inverness, a talented duo of professional musicians delight audiences of all ages with Celtic melodies on traditional instruments. St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 1150 East Montague Ave. 7-8 p.m.
CONTEMPORARY GOSPEL MUSIC CONCERT: An elegant night filled with praise and worship will feature nationally acclaimed gospel recording artist, Smokie Norful. Tia Brewer-Footman and Gerald Footman host the annual Grace Icon Awards and Grace Magazine. North Charleston Performing Arts Center Auditorium. 7 p.m. $20. SENIOR CONCERT: Roger Bellow and Berita Martin offer rich, mellow jazz sounds and some familiar oldies for an afternoon concert open to all seniors, Red Hat Ladies and the general public. Felix Davis Community Center Auditorium at Park Circle. 1:30-2:30 p.m.
AFTER-SCHOOL CHILDREN'S PROGRAM: A one-man show by nationally-known puppeteer, Lee Bryan. He will perform "Princess and the Pea, Y'all." Northwoods Recreation Center, 8348 Greenridge Road. 4 p.m.
AFTER-HOURS CONCERT: Soul and blues performance by international touring artist Wanda Johnson. Embassy Hotel Atrium, 5055 International Blvd. 6-7 p.m.
ONE MAN PLAY: A dramatic, yet humorous presentation by Slash Coleman entitled "The Neon Man and Me," which is based on the experiences of a young man facing the death of a close friend and the struggles to come through the grieving process. North Charleston Cultural and Civic Auditorium, Hobson Ave. (Former Charleston Naval Base.) 6 p.m.

CHILDREN'S PUPPET SHOW: Performed by Grey Seal Puppets. Families, schools and day cares are invited to enjoy a morning show with puppet characters and entertaining children's stories. Cooper River Memorial Library, 3503 Rivers Ave. 10:30 a.m.
CHILDREN'S PROGRAM: Nationally known puppeteer Lee Bryan combines unique vocals and innovative puppet designs in the show "Aesop's Fantastic Fables." Otranto Road Regional Library, 2261 Otranto Road. 10:30 a.m.
LIBRARY PROGRAM: Curious Moon Puppets presents "Fish n' Ships," a shadow puppet show for all ages. It's a tale of a haunted, sunken pirate ship and a little fish who solves the mystery. Dorchester Road Regional Library, 6325 Dorchester Road. 11 a.m.
SENIOR PROGRAM: Join residents and guests as the melodic sounds of Ann Caldwell and The Magnolia Singers bring traditional Gullah songs to life. Driftwood Nursing Center, 2375 Baker Hospital Blvd. 2:30 p.m.
ART WORKSHOP FOR TEENS: Artist-in-residence Karen DeLoach will lead students at Murray Hill Academy in a creative visual art workshop. Murray Hill Academy, Bonds Ave. 4-5 p.m.
MAGIC SHOW: Performance by "Hokus Pokus." Pepperhill Elementary After-School Program. Pepperhill Elementary School. 4:30 p.m.
AFTER-HOURS CONCERT SERIES: National performing artist Annie Sidley presents original pop songs and R&B music. Embassy Hotel Atrium, 5055 International Blvd. 6-7 p.m.
MUSIC PRESENTATION: From Oakland, Calif., the Tangria Jazz Group will perform and Sheryl Mebane will include a reading from her new jazz novel. Dorchester Road Regional Library, 6325 Dorchester Road. 6:30 p.m.
