Help sought in finding suspect
Wendall William Chinners
Dorchester County sheriff's detectives are asking for help finding a man wanted on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and marijuana.
Deputies said Wendall William Chinners, 22, is wanted in connection with a meth lab found in Dorchester County. Deputies described Chinners as 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 150 pounds with brown hair. To offer tips on his whereabouts, contact the Sheriff's Office at 873-5111.

they need to check where his parents and sister live, in the knightsville area around Minkys, I know that family and believe me he is not far from his mom and dad.

Are they connected with the Chinners from the Jedburg area? If so, I know the family too and it doesn't shock me that this kid is being searched for connection to meth.

I know this family very well also and feel that your best possability of apprehending him is to watch the girlfriend's, mom's, mom's boyfriend's, sister's,dad's and aunt's comings and goings because they will keep him hidden until they think the heat is off. I agree you should look around the Knightsville, Minky's, Chinner's Groc. area as well as the Goosecreek area. I've heard that his girlfriend lives in that area with their son and maybe he cares enough about his son that he will still try to be a good father to his son. But come on let's not forget that just a few month's ago Mr. Chinner's, two of his friens,and his girlfriend were arrested for having a portable meth lab in the car they were driving as they tried to run from the police. He's out on bond do you really expect to catch him? I'm just curious if this current charge has anything to do with the meth lab that was found a few weeks ago in on of his friends/neighbor's house in the same neighborhood where his mom lives? Just curious???!!!!

for dontjudgeme, seems like you know an awful lot about him and his family members. you know who goes to his house, and everything else, sure your not in on it too? or were you at the other house when it was busted a few weeks ago? you know alot about whats going on, do you live around there or are you just one of the other so called drug buddies that they have.And I know for a fact that his aunt that goes there doesn't do any drugs, so please get your facts together before you go spreading lies, cause she's not real easy to deal with if she finds out who you are.

I do know alot abot them and i never said his aunt did drugs, what I said was that his entire family bored watching in hopes of catching him so learn to read before you come back with incorrect responses. And no thank you I don't do drugs I am a law abiding citizen who just happends to know these people. The reason I know about the drug bust in his mothers neighborhood is because as soon as it happened someone who knows me and them called me and told me and then it was on the news. So no I am not one of his drug buddies or anything like that it just so happends that I have the misfortune of knowing these people, most of whom all belong in jail!!! So it doesn't suprise me that this has happend in their circle.

so from what I gather, you and your friends sit around calling each other when there is something bad going on so ya'll can gossip about it. That's the way to live. Spreading gossip about people you don't even know.Did your friend call you last night to let you know that he did the right thing and turned himself in. Bet ya didn't know that huh?
