Donnelly is branch manager. Previously she was a teller, customer service representative and teller supervisor, and most recently was a head teller for First Reliance Bank.
Racine is a business banker. She has 11 years of banking experience and was a personal banker for First Reliance Bank.

Reggie Reeves has joined GEL Engineering LLC as an environmental scientist in the geosciences group. He holds a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Clemson University and a master's degree in environmental studies from the College of Charleston. He has three years of experience in managing analytical databases, map creation and data analysis.

Christina Abney and Crystal Henson have joined Lighthouse Financial LLC of Mount Pleasant.
Abney is team leader. She has 10 years of experience in management and nine years in financial services.
Henson is an operations associate. Previously she worked for four years in client service and integrated processing for large corporations. She holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University.

Sumetra Promanee and Jay Perez have joined Grand Champ MMA LLC of West Ashley.
Promanee is a lead Muay Thai boxing instructor. He has 21 years of Muay Thai boxing experience, including a World Fighting title. Previously he worked for Charleston Jiu-Jitsu/Jerry Brewer, and is a Navy veteran.
Perez is a stand-up boxing trainer. He has 13 years of boxing experience and previously worked for Charleston Jiu-Jitsu/Jerry Brewer.

David Crowley has been named branch manager of the new Charleston office of Savannah-based Sullivan Group. He joined the company last year. He holds a business administration degree from the College of Charleston.

Amy Jenkins has joined the Charleston office of McAngus Goudelock & Courie LLC as a member practicing employment law.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Allison Cox McCutcheon has joined Obviouslee Marketing LLC as a creative account executive. Previously she was an account executive for Velocity Publishing and director of marketing for Bridgeway Solutions Inc.

Joseph Cullom has joined the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors as information technology director. Previously he was systems administrator for Carolina One Real Estate.
Kasita Bailey and Kate Nyquist have joined Helping and Lending Outreach Support (HALOS).
Bailey is family support coordinator. Previously she was a training coordinator for American International Group. She is a graduate of Columbia College and a graduate student in counseling at Webster University.
Nyquist is resource coordinator. She has experience in event planning services and is a graduate of the College of Charleston.
Pearl Sutton, Jennifer Slark and Lucy Marlow have joined the Charleston Animal Society.
Sutton is director of operations. She has 30 years of experience in animal care and welfare, and for the last seven years was executive director of the Doc Williams SPCA in Goose Creek.
Slark is director of volunteer programs. Previously she worked for the American Lung Association of Virginia and the Arlington County (Va.) Community Services Board.
Marlow is shelter veterinarian. She holds a bachelor's degree in animal sciences from Clemson University and a doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Veterinary Medicine. She has experience with domestic, exotic and farm animals.
Publishing
Marshall McKinney, Emily Carpenter, Dave Mezz and Haskell Harris have joined Garden & Gun magazine, a publication of Evening Post Publishing Co. , the parent company of The Post and Courier.
McKinney is art director. Previously he worked for Outside's Go magazine. He holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of Mississippi.
Carpenter is Web editor. Previously she worked for Kiawah Development Partners and was a TV writer and a news clerk at The Post and Courier. She attended the College of Charleston.
Mezz is assistant editor. He holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri. Previously he worked for Ruminator Books in St. Paul, Minn., and was managing editor of Vox magazine in Columbia, Mo.
Harris is associate editor. Previously she was special projects editor for four years for Cottage Living magazine. She attended the University of Virginia.
Real estate
John Kennington has joined the Mount Pleasant office of Agent Owned Realty. Previously he was an operations executive for Springs Industries for 32 years.
Kevin Woodman has joined Twin Rivers Capital LLC as development team leader. He has extensive development experience nationally and in the Caribbean. He holds a bachelor's degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Telecommunications
Laura Gamm Scarborough has been promoted to director of marketing for the Charleston market for Comcast Corp. She joined the company in 2001 and previously worked in the company's marketing departments in eastern Tennessee and was marketing manager for the Southern division headquarters in Atlanta. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
