FOLLY BEACH — Officers have arrested two surfers they said became belligerent when confronted because they were too close to the pier or in an otherwise restricted area. An ordinance prohibits surfing within 200 feet of any fishing pier. Violators can be fined up to $200 and lose their surfboards. Read more in tomorrow's editions of The Post and Courier.
