MONCKS CORNER RECREATION SUMMER PROGRAMS: Summer Slam Program will be held at Berkeley Middle School for basketball and other activities through Aug. 7. Hours of operation will be Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-Noon for ages 14 and under and 5 p.m.-8 p.m. for ages 18 and under on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. This program is free of charge. THE FORT DORCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL JR.CHEER CAMP: Camp will be held July 14-18 at FDHS from 9 a.m. to noon. Mon.-Thurs. with dance routines, chants, cheers and jumps. SPORTS CONDITIONING CLINICS: The Sport Conditioning Institute (SCI) will be holding a free clinic as part of their Youth Athletic Development Series at Pro Level Sports in Summerville on July 15 at 6 p.m. Clinic will include basic conditioning, nutrition and overall athletic development. Athletes ages 10-13 are encouraged to attend. SCI will begin a four-week exercise program designed to build core strength and improve speed and agility on July 21 and running through Aug. 13.
