Teacher arrested on sex charges
WALTERBORO - A Forest Circle Middle School teacher has been arrested on sex charges and accused of having a relationship with a student.
Tracy Lee Judy, 36, is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, Colleton County Sheriff George A. Malone said.
Judy was arrested Friday morning at the school. A search warrant was served at the school and his residence for computers, Malone said. He said the charges stem from a relationship Judy had with a 15-year-old female student.
