Architecture

John Works, Tanya Alberts, Stephen Ramos and Deloris Pugh have joined LS3P Associates Ltd.

Works is a risk manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Mississippi State University and a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina.

Alberts is an executive assistant in the corporate division. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of Charleston. Previously, she was communications director for Pearlstine Distributors.

Ramos is an architectural intern in the Manifest Studio. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from the University of Maryland. Previously, he was a designer for Michael Graves and Associates in Princeton, N.J.

Pugh is payroll administrator. She holds a degree in accounting from Charleston Southern University and has 21 years of experience in payroll and accounting.

Automotive

Robert Barnes has joined the Georgetown location of Glasspro Inc. as an auto glass technician. Previously, he worked in automotive repair.

Education

Karen Fine and Lucy Lamb have joined the Art Institute of Charleston.

Fine is director of administrative and financial services. Previously, she held the same position at the Art Institute of Dallas. She holds a bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before joining the company, she was a division manager of financial planning and analysis at Sourcecorp and owned a business.

Lamb is director of human resources. Previously, she held the same position at the Art Institute of Indianapolis and was human resources coordinator for the Art Institute of Charlotte. She holds a bachelor's degree in speech communication from North Carolina State University.

Ashley Till has joined the South Carolina State University Miller F. Whittaker Library as coordinator of the historical collection, archivist and instructor. She holds a bachelor's degree in anthropology and human ecology from Emory University; a master's degree in anthropology from Colorado State University; and a master's degree in library and information science from the University of South Carolina.

Financial

Daniel Grafton has joined Sunbelt Business Brokers of Charleston as an intern broker. He is a business administration student at The Citadel.

Law

John G. "Jay" Brown II has joined Olson & Good PC of Mount Pleasant as managing partner of the real estate division. Previously, he was a managing attorney for Buist Byars & Taylor LLC and owned his own firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Clemson University and a law degree from the University of South Carolina.

Personal Care

Joan Marshall has joined Capri Salon in West Ashley as a hairstylist and esthetician. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Charleston area and New York.

Real Estate

Dorothy Willoughby, Monica Beitz and Valerie Romanelli have joined Century 21 Waterfront Properties of Daniel Island, and Frank S. Collins has been promoted.

Willoughby has five years of experience in real estate. Beitz has seven years of experience in real estate.

Romanelli is administrative assistant and has 25 years of administrative experience.

Collins is sales manager. He has more than 35 years of experience in sales, marketing and management.

Laura Smith has joined the commercial division of Landmark South Real Estate Services. She holds a bachelor's degree in education and communications and has experience in real estate sales and development.

Sports

Suzanne Sudzina, Patrick McLoughlin and Lucy McLane have joined the Charleston Battery.

Sudzina and McLoughlin are account executives. Sudzina previously was an independent insurance agent. She holds a degree in history from Tulane University. McLoughlin previously was a professional cyclist and an executive recruiter for Kimmel & Associates. He holds a degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.

McLane is a bookkeeper/administrator. Previously, she owned a bookkeeping business in Boca Raton, Fla.

Technology

Clint Carter has joined Zafari Inc. of Daniel Island as a graphic artist. He attended the College of Charleston and previously owned a screen-printing company and was marketing manager for Charleston Stage Co. Inc.
