Meth lab found in Berkeley
Staff report
Wednesday, April 9, 2008
LADSON — Berkeley County deputies found a meth lab Tuesday in Summer Creek Mobile Home Park on College Park Road.
Authorities recently found methamphetamine waste behind lot 94, said Blair Jennings, sheriff's legal counsel. He said investigators went to the home about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and saw smoke coming from a shed in the back of the home. Authorities later served a search warrant and found the lab in the shed, Jennings said.
Erin Tobey, 23, faces charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and manufacturing methamphetamine within a half mile of a school, Jennings said.

That is the most skeezy trailer park I've ever had the displeasure of going into. Filthy. Many thanks to BCSO for cleaning it up...one lot at a time.

I can not believe that the owner of this trailer park would put his glass company at the entrance to such a filthy run down place. Looks really bad. Everything that goes into and out of the trailer park passes right by the owner.

LOL! We came upon this trailer park in 2005 by accident, thank god the lease told us upfront what to expect. Part of the lease states that you are not allowed to use drug paraphernalia in public park areas! So they don't care what kind of people live there, as long as they do their drugs inside their homes. There needs to be safe areas for people to live that can't afford big lot rent. Thank god that lease scared us away to start with!

I don't live in Summercreek, but I can come up with maybe a dozen places I think I would like to live (other than where I live now)! Bermuda, Tahiti, etc. you get my drift!

summercreek11111 - the book was opened, and then deemed unreadable. I don't think you see the whole picture. Those "golden hearted" people in your neighborhood didn't give a rat's a** about you or your safety. They didn't care about the children playing outside, nor about your health. Then we didn't even touch on the subject of the criminal element that hangs around something like that.
Try stepping out of Summercreek and see what else is out there. You might be pleasantly surprised.
