Art or Advertisement?
Clay Scales, owner of 52.5 Records, is putting on an art show at the store's new location, 561 King St. 'Art or Advertisement?' will feature more than 70 'gig posters' (concert advertisement posters) from some 20 artists, several of whom will be at the opening
The event takes place 7-9 p.m. Friday at 52.5. Records.
Many prints of the posters will be available for purchase during the event. There will be light refreshments, as well as live music by Subterranean Bleu Minds.
The gig posters will be on display at the store through Sept. 30. For more information, call 52.5 Records at 722-3525.
