A Johns Island man was arrested Friday night after his roommate said he stabbed him.
Juan de Dios Ramos, 41, of Abbapoola Road was charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, according to the incident report and Charleston County jail records. He was being held Saturday on $60,000 bail.
The roommate was taken to Medical University Hospital with an injury to his left side that was not life threatening. Ramos had blood on his hands when he was arrested, according to the report.
