A fire displaced a Moncks Corner family of three Thursday morning, officials said.
The blaze ignited at a home on Gross Avenue and caused major damage, according to the American Red Cross.
Volunteers assisted the family, which consisted of three adults, with housing, money for food and hygiene items, a new release said.
The Palmetto Region of the American Red Cross has helped more than 1,600 people since January, according to the release.
