Berkeley County sheriff's deputies on Monday arrested three people accused of making methamphetamine in the presence of an 18-month-old child.
An investigation of suspected drug activity at a home on McCrystal Circle led to the arrests of Tiffany N. Steinbrecker, 19; Brandon Lee Varner, 26; and Justin Steven Michael, 26, Sheriff's Office spokesman Dan Moon said.
Each suspect is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, disposal of methamphetamine waste and manufacturing meth in the presence of a child, he said.
The suspects were being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center and are expected to have bond hearings Tuesday, according to Moon.
