I had a bowl of cornflakes.

And then for lunch, I had some Checkers. It was a big burger and some fries and a big old Coke.

Dinnertime, I had McDonald's. It was a cheeseburger and a fry. Just a regular double cheeseburger and a fry. I'm trying to cut back, so I can't eat all that unhealthy food.

I take out. I walk to McDonald's, so the minute I eat, while I'm eating it, walking home, I lose the extra pounds. Instead of laying right down afterward, I walk it out. And that was it. Nothing else. I went straight to sleep.
