COLUMBIA - Political experts picked the Top 3 races to watch last week without having to give it much thought. It was simple, really: The Governor's race and the Senate races.
But depending on whom you asked, the last two races varied. A few picked the lieutenant governor's race, because its pits young Democrat Bakari Sellers against an established candidate, former South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster. But it's also about whether the Democrats can drum up the interest of its voters to head for the polls during a midterm election year.
The Superintendent of Education was another popular pick, especially after it had such an interesting primary and runoff. So, did we miss a statewide race that you believe is one to watch?
