Stack's Evening Eats, the three-year old dinnertime extension of Stack's Coastal Kitchen, has updated its menu with burrata; crispy Brussels sprouts; a sautéed kale salad and a charred top sirloin with smoked tomato sauce.
Other dishes on chef Patrick Stack's new menu include grilled scallops, fried oysters and shrimp ceviche.
Before opening Stack's in Mt. Pleasant, Patrick Stack and his wife, Darcy, opened and operated High Thyme on Sullivan's Island. They launched Stack's nine years ago.
"We have both been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and love it," says Darcy Stack, who met her husband in a Colorado kitchen.
