In honor of its 100th anniversary, the Clemson Extension Service of Berkeley County is developing a digital cookbook.
All former and current Extension volunteers, 4-H members, farmers, employees and others are asked to send recipes in for the project.
The cookbook will be free to the community. Categories for the cookbook will include salads, appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts.
People submitting recipes also are asked to share their Extension experience stories.
To submit recipes, mail the information or go in person to the Berkeley County Office, Berkeley County Clemson Extension Service, 3014 Cypress Gardens Road, Moncks Corner, SC 29461, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Submission should include a name, email/mailing address, phone number and connection to the Extension program as well as the recipe with ingredients and directions.For more information, call (843) 719-4140
