A chance of rain remains in place through the rest of the week through Saturday, according to forecasters with the National Weather Service.
The highest chance of rain is for Thursday with the possibility of a tenth to a quarter of an inch of rainfall over the Lowcountry.
There's a chance of afternoon showers Friday and possibly some rain Saturday morning with a 20 percent chance.
Sunday, forecasters are expected a clear and sunny day with a high temperature of 90.
