Walk and Restore
What: Walk and restore your mind and body on the park's shaded trails. Yoga professionals will lead participants along short walking loops, with brief stops to stretch and relax, followed by a restorative yoga class focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and breathing.

School Supply Event
What: Rising Expeditioners Inc. will sponsor a school supplies event for families in need. In addition to school supplies, the organization assists low-income families with extra-curricular activities, school events, trips and scholarships.

Bastille Day Celebration

Bastille Day Extravaganza
What: What If? Productions and Fish Restaurant's 6th Annual Bastille Day will begin at 6 p.m. in Marion Square (corner of King and Calhoun streets). Dress in French attire, peasant or prince, for the march down King St. to Storm the Bastille at Fish restaurant. The festivities include special appearances by Marie Antoinette, King Louis and Napoleon, dance performances from Dance FX, costume contests, the French National Anthem and more.
