COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Richland County Coroner has identified a man shot to death in Columbia last weekend.
Coroner Jerry Wilson says 44-year-old Jerry Wilson of Manning died from a gunshot wound to the head after being taken to Palmetto Health Richland Hospital.
Police say the shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
Fifty-eight-year-old Joseph Jacob Minson has been arrested and charged with murder. It was not clear if he has an attorney.
Police have not released a motive in the shooting.
