There aren't any buffalo steaks served at Wild Buffalo, the new steakhouse from Charleston Hospitality Group, the outfit behind Eli's Table, Toast, Tabbuli and The Wreckfish.

But there's lots more meat on the Western-leaning menu, which features burgers, wings and six different beef cuts. Steaks are priced from $13 for a six-ounce sirloin to $27 for a 16-ounce ribeye. For folks seeking vegetables, there's a 24-foot-long salad bar. Last week, the restaurant added a selection of fried and grilled seafood dishes, and officially changed its name to Wild Buffalo Steaks and Seafood, although the wild west theme remains intact.

Presumably to drive home the restaurant's open-range motif, the servers are dressed in outfits that a Halloween shop would likely label "sexy cowgirl," featuring low-cut tank tops, plaid shirts tied at the midriff, tight jeans and boots.

For entertainment, Wild Buffalo offers pool tables and more than a dozen television screens. Live music is scheduled three nights a week.
