Southern writers Crouch, Callahan to sign new books
Katie Crouch, author of "Abroad," and Patti Callahan Henry, author of "The Stories We Tell," will appear at Blue Bicycle Books at 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday to celebrate the release of their new books.
Crouch's novel tells the story of a young American on a study-abroad trip to Italy and is inspired in part by Amanda Knox's experiences and trial in Perugia.
Henry's novel tells the story of a powerful Savannah couple whose seemingly ideal lives unravel after a car accident.
Both writers will sign copies of their novels. A reception will include light refreshment.
Mount Pleasant author to sign new paranormal mystery book
Mount Pleasant author Christopher Watson will sign copies of his paranormal murder mystery, "The Handyman," 1-4 p.m. July 6 at Books-a-Million at Northwoods Mall in North Charleston
