A person was shot in the leg during an argument at a North Charleston community center Tuesday.
The shooting at the Felix Pinckney Community Center was reported shortly before 6 p.m., police spokesman Spencer Pryor said. Witnesses told police several men were arguing when one of them pulled out a handgun and shot a person in the leg. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The community center is west of Park Circle at Montague Avenue and Hassell Street.
Police were on scene investigating and did not immediately release more information.
