Boeing declares quarterly dividend

Boeing Co.'s board of directors on Monday declared a regular quarterly dividend of 73 cents per share, according to chairman and CEO Jim McNerney.

The dividend is payable Sept. 5 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 8.

The Chicago-based company makes part for and assembles the 787 Dreamliner in North Charleston and Everett, Wash.
