Two people, including a North Charleston firefighter, suffered injuries from a fire Tuesday night, according to authorities.
A single-story mobile home on Hawthorne Drive caught fire at around 9 p.m.
Everyone inside escaped the home before firefighters arrived, according to the fire department's spokeswoman. Bianca Bourbeau.
One person suffered breathing difficulty, and a firefighter suffered a heat-related injury, according to Bourbeau.
Both were treated and released by Charleston County paramedics, Bourbeau said.
Firefighters are investigating the cause of the blaze.
