Police are trying to identify the man who stole prescription pills from a Charleston pharmacy over the weekend.
At 5:55 p.m., a white man walked into the Rite Aid on Folly Road and told the pharmacy clerk he had a gun, according to an incident report.
The man took an unknown amount of pills, police said.
Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect or the incident to call Consolidated Dispatch at 843-743-7200 and ask for the on-call Charleston Police Department detective or Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.
