The folks at LEARN, a non-profit horse rescue, recently took a ride through a fast-food drive-thru. Watch the video here. Unfortunately, director Elizabeth Steed says the horses weren't heavy enough to trigger the speaker and there were a few patties they had clean up. Living the dream indeed.

Eat a treat, help a shelter pet
A 'Mason jar mobile bakery' out of Charleston wants to feed you cupcakes in Mason jars and help shelter pets but they have a problem: They're not exactly mobile. They're starting a campaign to raise money to buy some wheels. More details here.
Charleston's theater on the rise
This story by PolicyMic placing Charleston 14th on a list of '17 Amazing Theater Cities That Aren't London or New York" has been getting a lot of shares on Facebook and Twitter. No. 15? Chicago. Not bad, Charleston. Not bad.
