Country music star and Charlestonian Darius Rucker reportedly acted graciously after a Nashville bouncer denied him entry into his own after party earlier this week, according to a report by Taste of Country.
Rucker was headed to the Red Door to celebrate after raising money for St. Jude and performing to a sold-out crowd at the Wildhorse Saloon on Monday, according to the report.
SirusXM's Storme Warren told Taste of Country that Rucker forgot his wallet, and driver's license, on his bus and the bouncer wouldn't let Rucker into the bar without I.D.
Rucker and his friends ended up going to another bar after Rucker reportedly told the bouncer he understood he was just doing his job, according to the report.
